Nick is a Principal at L2 and leads the firm’s Capital Formation and Business Development functions. Nick’s responsibilities include all aspects of new deal origination, relationship management, deal flow management, and other origination initiatives. Nick is also responsible for leading the firm’s capital raising process and investor relations functions including relationships with lenders and other financing sources. Nick joined L2 as a Vice President on the investment team and supported all aspects of L2’s investment activities, including managing, sourcing, and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing deals, and providing post-investment support.
Before joining L2, Nick was on the investment team at ABS Capital Partners, the former private equity division of the investment bank Alex. Brown & Sons. Nick executed growth equity investments in tech-enabled business services and healthcare while at ABS. Prior to ABS, Nick worked on the investment team at Harren Equity Partners, a middle-market buyout fund. He executed transactions in the industrial, business services, and healthcare industries while at Harren. Before working in the private equity industry, Nick was an investment banker at both Stifel and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He holds degrees in Economics and Finance from Villanova University and an MBA from Cornell University.
