Dr. Childress spent his early career as a clinical medical physicist and open-source software developer. He used these skills to found Mobius Medical Systems to make next generation software for radiation oncology. After Mobius was acquired by Varian Medical Systems, he led the new hardware solutions division. Dr. Childress is currently the founder and CEO of Macorva, which measures and improves employee and customer experiences. Dr. Childress is focused on combining technical and business aspects to achieve high growth in a wide range of industries.
