(“L2” or “L2 Capital”) (www.L2Capital.net) announced today that it has added former Danaher executive, Lorin Cassidy Wolfe, as Chief Operating Officer. Wolfe has taken primary responsibility for working collaboratively across the L2 portfolio companies to drive growth and profitability with a focus on strategy, process, and people.
Before joining L2, Wolfe was President and CEO of Acco Material Handling Solutions (“Acco”), a KKR portfolio company. While there, she transformed Acco’s culture, professionalized the management team, and drove double-digit growth in a formerly stagnant OEM business.
Prior to Acco, Wolfe spent a decade developing general management and operational expertise while leading two businesses at Danaher Corporation. During her tenure, she performed an operational turnaround at Jacobs Vehicle Systems, the birthplace of the renowned Danaher Business System. Later, she led an operational turnaround and successful innovation growth strategy for Portescap, a medical motor designer and manufacturer.
Wolfe spent her earlier career in the automotive and motorsports industries, making an impact at NASCAR’s Hendrick Motorsports, Ford Racing, Land Rover UK, and BMW USA. At the University of Virginia, Wolfe earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and later an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School. She is an active leader in the Young Presidents Organization.
