Connor is a lead transaction partner, an accomplished digital marketer, and the business technology & analytics guru at L2 Capital. Connor joined the firm in 2012 as an Associate and has played a critical role in every L2 deal. Connor is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including deal capture, execution, and post-investment support for the portfolio companies.
Before joining L2 Capital, Connor was an Associate at Boxwood Partners, a merchant bank in Richmond, Virginia, where he executed lower middle market transactions in a variety of industries for the firm’s banking divisions. Connor holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond where he played for their championship football team.
