Dr. Susan Swanson brings over 35 years of experience leading businesses, optimizing team performance, and driving strategy and operational excellence, in an array of healthcare service sectors. She cofounded one of the largest dual specialty medical physics consulting groups in the US, which was purchased by Landauer, Inc. She later founded Rad-E-Us Consulting LLC, working with small business start-ups, global medical device companies (i.e., Varian), and healthcare networks on strategic alliances and value-based professional services portfolios. She is an Assistant Professor at a top 10 university nursing program, where her post-doctoral research focuses on applying high reliability principles to healthcare through quality improvement, patient-safety, process optimization, innovation, and high-performance teamwork.
