Grant supports L2 Capital’s investment strategy as Vice President, with a focus on sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions, as well as partnering with portfolio company leadership on growth and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining L2, Grant was a Senior Associate at Blue Sea Capital in West Palm Beach, where he invested in and supported industrial businesses. He began his career in investment banking at Jefferies, advising clients on M&A transactions across the industrial and consumer sectors.
Grant earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys boating, playing golf, cooking, trying new restaurants, and spending time at the dog beach with his wife and their two dogs.
