Her decade at Danaher was marked by high-impact operational improvements and rapid growth at Portescap and Jacobs Vehicle Systems, where she honed her expertise in the renowned Danaher Business System, known for its culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Lorin’s career foundation was built in the fast-paced worlds of automotive and motorsports with BMW NA, Ford Racing, Land Rover UK, and NASCAR’s Hendrick Motorsports—experiences that shaped her relentless drive for performance and precision.
She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.
