Thomas Trojian, MD, brings a unique blend of medical expertise and personal sports experience to his work. A former multi-sport collegiate athlete and an All-American rugby player at the University of Pennsylvania, Thomas graduated with honors from Howard University College of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency in Rochester, NY, and his Sports Medicine fellowship at UPMC in Pittsburgh. Thomas’s extensive experience includes providing medical care for multiple collegiate national champions. His research on injury prevention, which has received NIH and multiple other grant funding, and his international speaking engagements further demonstrate his comprehensive understanding of injury risk reduction.
